Other responsibilities:
- correct ICD9 and CPT coding
- maintain aging report
- reviews request reports
- confirms patient balances
- works on zero balance EOBs
- sends out notifications to patients
- updates patient addresses
- interacts with patients in the office and addresses any questions or concerns
- calls patient to schedule next day appointments and payments
- attends the scheduling meeting
- arranges payment programs with patients
- returns patient phone calls and address any questions and concerns regarding balances and insurance information
- all other duties as needed

Requirements
Previous AR and management experience a plus! Applicants should have strong background in insurance, the health care industry, and ICD9/CPT coding. Experience with Medical Manager and MedicWare are recommended but not required.
