Really cool room available in the beginning of August. It is in a two bedroom. one bathroom apartment with a small back yard (perfect for grill outs).
You would be living with a clean "hipster" guy with a steady job in his late 20s who is single, and only home after work, and weekend mornings. I smoke and sometimes I smoke in the house too.
Previous roommate smelled like , so I am looking for someone who knows how to clean up after themselves, and not have plates of month old food underneath the bed. The apartment is rodent and roach free, and I like it that way.
A NEW stand up washer and dryer is apart of the deal, along with free basic cable through charter.
The utilities are usually around 70 a month each, roughly. Higher in the summer and winter of course. Water is not included, but that is pretty cheap too.
No animals allowed, sorry!
