I am a 26 y/o professional female, and new to this roommate thing. I will be in need of a room for rent for 3 days a week in/near Columbus, GA around the start of October. I have my own home in Duluth, GA, but I will be working at St. Francis for 3 nights a week (I am a nurse). Therefore, my time in Columbus will be spent just sleeping and working, then back to Duluth I go!
I would prefer the room have the bathroom ensuite and NOT shared (will consider otherwise). I am willing to pay $315/mo, all inclusive of rent AND my portion of utilities. I would also prefer a month to month lease, but will consider 3-6 mos (only because this is a new job, with GA being an "at will" state and all!)
Female only, hopefully one that works during the day (since I will be home sleeping at that time), in a quiet neighborhood. I am AFRAID of dogs!
