We’re hiring dependable cleaners to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of a large apartment community in LaGrange, Georgia.
Position: Apartment Complex Cleaner (1099 Independent Contractor)
Pay: $13 per hour
Schedule: part time Flexible weekend hours – consistent weekly work
Responsibilities:
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize all surfaces in:
Breezeways of 11 apartment buildings
Leasing office
Fitness center/gym
2 restrooms
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and staff
Use provided cleaning products and follow safety protocols
Requirements:
Reliable vehicle (for reliability)
Smartphone (for communication, time tracking, and access instructions)
Must be able to work independently and meet quality standards
Professional, punctual, and trustworthy
Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required
Additional Details:
Lockbox on-site for property access
This is a 1099 contract position (independent contractor agreement)
