Exceptionally well-maintained for decades, the crewel fabric has no frays, tears, punctures, or rips. All stitching and riveting along the skirted base remain intact and tight, allowing for no sagging of the skirted sections (see photographs). The loveseat’s construction is solid and firm. The four (4) hardwood legs are in excellent condition with no damage, looseness, or misalignment. The cushion’s zipper works smoothly and completely. The underside’s foundation fabric is clean and in very good condition, having only one (1) 3”- 4” tear (see photograph).

· Overall Dimensions: Length: 58”; Depth 33”; Height: 30”.
· Based upon industry standards, a loveseat with a 58” length is a “Medium” size loveseat.
· Arm Height: 24”.
