The Liberty Roofing Professionals Selling Technician is a vital link on the Liberty Roofing Professionals Success Chain. Solving roofing problems for homeowners is the number one mission for Liberty Roofing Professionals. Your responsibility is to be able to solve those problems by diagnosing, developing the solution, selling the repair, and completing the work quickly (within the same day). Your daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Visiting homeowners that have scheduled a repair call (marketed repair candidate)
Diagnosing the problem, developing the solution, selling the repair, and completing the repair
Must be able to complete roofing repairs and have your own tools
Keeping a clean vehicle (washing daily)
Adhering to the Liberty Roofing Professionals dress code
Maintaining a minimum amount of materials on your vehicle to accomplish most repairs
Canvassing neighborhoods to generate sales – All time not spent on your daily duties should be dedicated to generating more business
All other duties assigned by the Operations Manager and/or Sales Manager
Compensation Plan:
Repair sale that you complete yourself- 8% of the total net collected (minus finance fee)
Repair sold that an RA sells- 3% of the total net collected (minus finance fee)
Repair sale that requires partner crew involvement- 5% of the total net collected (minus finance fee)
Per Job Managed as FM achieving target GP%- $300
Example Compensation (Month):
25 repairs sold & completed by you (avg. ticket of $2,000) = $50,000 - $9,000 finance fee = $41,000= $3,280
5 Repairs sold by RA @$25k= $3,750
6 repairs sold that required partner crew involvement (avg. ticket of $4,000) = $24,000 – $4,320 finance fee = $19,680= $984
Monthly Jobs managed (10)- $3,000
Total Monthly Compensation- $11,014
