We are looking for a Licensed GC so we can get an Awning made over the Front door of our home with spacing for a light on each side of the door, like the bottom picture circled, of attached picture.

It is an "ABSOLUTE MUST" that the job Begins on November 7th and be Completed NLT CoB on the 8th. That will be in Conjunction with the Roofing being done, as the Shingles will go over the Awning as well. We have Permit Ready Blueprints for the Property, as this will be a Structural addition and a Permit must be Pulled.

Permit Request must be submitted ASAP.
