This is a one year only transmission. It’s the last year for the soft wire, white plug (pictured) and first year for the Triton engines in the trucks.

Nearly 20 years ago, it was removed from a wrecked
F-150 with only 44K miles, and stored in a shed. In 9/25, it was taken apart and inspected to be sure no moisture or insects got inside over the years. It was like new but some updates were made.

Bonded accumulator pistons
Forward clutch piston seals
Spiral lock on reverse drum
New MLPS (neutral safety)
New filter
New front seal
New pump body gasket and O ring seal
Comes with a new transfer case gasket

This transmission is ready to install. It comes with the original 44K mile Ford torque converter. I can supply a remanufactured converter for $200 more.
It’s money well spent if you can spare it.
