I have a spare room that's been empty the whole time I've been here. It has it's own bathroom, and you'll have access to whole apartment other than my own room. I have a Washer & Dryer for clothes, and internet / cable. You will have to do a 50.00 dollar application fee like anyone else. That's part of their check on all individuals. I am looking for a woman, because I know most are cleaner than guys. My apartment stays clean at all times. Rent would be 580.00 a month, half the power bill, and half the internet / cable bill. The power hasn't been over 100.00 yet. So I am sure with 2 parties using it. With me being gone all the time it shouldn't be no more than 150.00 a month. I travel for work, and I'm gone way more than I am home. You'll basically be alone most of the time. It's quiet here, all the neighbors are good people. The staff here are great also. I don't have to rent, and can afford on my own. There will be no parties, or silly behavior tolerated at all. There is a pool, tanning bed, exercise room, and a wash bay for washing cars. This deal isn't half the bills, but I will be satisfied with what I am expecting. Bedroom isn't furnished. I'm a guy named Shannon.
